Supporting owners

We understand how traumatic it is to learn your pet has a condition needing treatment, so we'll support you both by giving you one-to-one service when you most need help.

We'll keep you the picture about your pet's progress. We'll explain your pet's individual therapy plan and the possible outcomes of treatment. As therapy progresses, we'll update you and involve you in decisions about your pet's progress.

Supporting pets

Because each animal is an individual, your pet will have its own therapy plan. We'll make sure your pet progresses happily and confidently at its own speed.

The usual goal of the therapy plan is for your pet to recover. However, if full recovery is not possible, we'll aim for the greatest possible improvement and reduction in pain.

Supporting veterinary surgeons

We'll provide services for your clients according to your requirements. We'll report back to you regularly so you can monitor progress.

Our team includes a qualified professional specialising in each therapy we offer, so you can be sure your clients will receive the best and most up-to-date treatment.
