Referral Information for Veterinary Surgeons

We will support you by offering your clients a first-class therapy service. To do so we employ experts trained in providing services you do not provide on your premises. We only work with animals referred by veterinary surgeons. If we were not doing the job you wanted, we would be out of business, so we'll always listen to your needs.

Our primary business is hydrotherapy with facilities which include a spa, a pool and a water walker. However, as well as our hydrotherapy team, specialists from other therapy fields attend regularly. Our physiotherapist, Lisa Robinson, will be on site for at least three days each week. Other visiting therapists will offer acupuncture, massage or chiropractic services described on our Other Services page. If you need a service that we do not offer, just ask and we'll see if we can provide it.

Therapist to Patient Ratios

As the "121" in "121 Animal Therapy" implies, we usually work on a one-to-one ratio. However, when a patient needs extra support we'll increase the ratio to two therapists to one patient. Thus each patient receives the most comprehensive and professional care available.

Progress Reports

We'll report on your patients' progress every six weeks. However, we can adjust the time between reports for each case as you want. You can choose to have the written report emailed, faxed or posted.

Videoing Sessions

While we are happy for you to come with your patients, we understand that your schedule may not allow you to. If you wish, we'll film the therapy session so you can view it at your leisure.

Learning More About Our Services

You and your staff are welcome to visit on one of our open days, or you can make an appointment to visit at a more suitable time. Alternatively we can run a discussion or forum at your premises at a time to suit.
